Winner- 1st place in AIAC Competition
October - 2017 - Winner at the 2017 AIAC International Architecture Design Workshop
As an international workshop and training program, the AIAC is an annual event. The AIAC 2017 became the 18th activity and took place in Cuba’s old and beautiful capital city - Havana. For 18 years, the AIAC has been a highly interesting design competition for students of architecture across the world. This has also been a great opportunity for the NUCE students to try their design abilities and learn from international students from all over the globe.
...From September 11th to 13th 2017, 47 students’ designs from nine schools of architecture in Germany, Puerto Rico (USA), Canada, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and India – the host country - were presented and exhibited at the JNAFAU University of Arts and Architecture in Hyderabad (India).
The jury panel consisted of 10 members - professors from prestigious universities in architectural training and well-known Indian architects. After two hard working days, the jury decided that the prizes would go to the following individuals/groups:
One First prize: Mr. Dao Duy Tung, student of 57KDF class from the National University of Civil Engineering (Vietnam)

AIAC was founded in 1999 by a group of French and Italian professors specializing in architecture and technology, including Eric Dubosc, Ettore Zambelli and Marco Imperadori, later expanding with the participation of teachers. Chinese and Korean monks both aim to one goal: to promote the relationship between ARCHITECTURE - TECHNOLOGY - MATERIAL. Over 16 years of development, there have been 17 universities in the world, with about 150 students participating and connecting with each other in AIAC activities under the sponsorship of the Educational Science and Culture Organization of United Nations (UNESCO). The program is also an opportunity to review, compare and exchange students of different architecture training institutions, revolve around the course project in one semester, in addition to creating an international cooperation network. firmly to facilitate the adaptation of future architects in international environments.

Considered as a great festival of Architecture students, the National Architecture Festival takes place every 2 years, organized by the Vietnam Association of Architects in conjunction with the Architectural Universities in the country function. In 2016, Yersin University Da Lat was honored to host the tenth national festival, participating in this festival with more than 600 students from 22 universities nationwide.
